Need a hand to prepare your tax return?
Community Volunteer
Income Tax Program
Volunteers can help you prepare your income tax and benefit return if you have low
income and a simple tax situation. Volunteers are not employees or volunteers of the
Canada Revenue Agency. Remember to bring all your tax slips and forms with you.
Tax Clinic: Blind River and Area. Seniors and low income families & individuals. Date: March 7 to April 27. Tuesdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Wednesdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Thursdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Where: Blind River Public Library, 8 Woodward Ave., Blind River. Appointments are required. Call 705-356-7616 for more information. Supported by the Town of Blind River. You may be eligible if you have a simple tax situation and meet the suggested family income level. Suggested family income: Individual - $35,000, Couple - $45,000, Individual with a child - $35,000, for each additional child, add $2,500 to the suggested family income.
