Local Author Meet and Greet. Anna Raddon, Ruth Alloway, & Jordan Buchanan. August 22 ~ 2:30pm @ the Library. Anna Raddon lives in Blind River with her family at The B Farm. She works as a literacy instructor. She has authored several books including After Miigaadiwin, 12 Clues, and Dust Bunny Boogie. Her favourite activity is reading bedtime stories to her teen daughters. SHe began writing at the age of nine and was inspired by Canadian authors.  Jordan Buchanan  was born and raised in Northern Ontario. He has a in Law and Security Administration and a Honor’s Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice. Jordan taught courses to Police Foundations, Drug Counselling and Social Worker in Crisis Intervention, Report Writing and Interviewing/ Interrogation, the Ontario Police College and the Northern Ontario Police Academy for Advanced Training for General Investigations, Strategic Interviewing, Sexual Assault Investigators and Major Case Management. Ruth Alloway was born in Dunnville, near Lake Erie, in 1929.  She graduated from Nurses Training in Hamilton, then went Chicago  for studies in Missionary-Christian Education. In 1961 she sailed to Kenya with she husband and began an exciting, fulfilling occupation as a missionary. Her interest in writing blossomed upon semi-retirement in 1991. She’s enjoyed writing five books.
